At Bombay Beauty & Tattoo, we value your time and the commitment of our artists and stylists. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms regarding appointment bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and service refunds.
To secure an appointment for extensive services (such as large tattoos, permanent makeup, or specialized hair treatments), a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. This deposit guarantees your time slot with the artist or stylist and will be credited toward the final cost of your service.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you, as it impacts the schedule of clients following your appointment. In such cases, it will be considered a late cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on services rendered. We strive for 100% client satisfaction and want you to be thrilled with your results.
If you are dissatisfied with a hair or beauty service, please notify us before leaving the salon or within 3 days of your appointment. We will gladly invite you back for an adjustment or correction at no additional charge, provided it aligns with your original consultation request. Adjustments requested due to a "change of mind" outside the original consultation agreement will be charged as a new service.
Tattoos and permanent makeup may require a touch-up session to perfect the healing and pigment retention. The cost of an initial touch-up is typically included in the original price (unless stated otherwise during consultation). Refunds are not provided for tattoos or permanent makeup if the healing process results in pigment fading, as individual skin retention varies. Additional touch-ups beyond the first session will incur a fee.
Unused and unopened retail products purchased at Bombay Beauty may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt. We cannot accept returns on opened or used products due to hygiene reasons. In the rare case of a defective product or allergic reaction, please contact us immediately for an exchange or store credit.
