Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your salon, laser, or tattoo appointment, please notify us at least 4 hours in advance via phone or WhatsApp at +91 98266 86859.
2. Custom Tattoo Design Deposits
For large-scale custom tattoo artwork (sleeves, back pieces), an artist drafting deposit may be required before extensive concept sketches begin. This deposit is credited towards the final session fee upon completion.
3. Service Satisfaction & Adjustments
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you need an adjustment to your haircut, beard trim, or tattoo touch-up within 14 days of your initial appointment, please visit our studio and we will gladly refine it.
4. Bridal and Event Bookings
Bridal, engagement and event bookings may require an advance payment to reserve the date and artist, because we turn away other clients for that slot. The advance amount and its cancellation terms are confirmed with you in writing on WhatsApp at the time of booking, and the advance is adjusted against your final bill.
5. Late Arrivals and Missed Appointments
If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your service, but we may need to shorten it or reschedule so that the next client is not delayed. If you miss an appointment without notice, any deposit paid for that appointment may not be refundable.
6. Refunds for Services
Because services such as haircuts, colour, treatments, tattoos and piercings cannot be returned once performed, we do not usually offer cash refunds for completed services. If you are unhappy with a result, please tell us within the period above so we can correct it. If we cannot complete a service for a reason on our side, any amount paid for the unfinished part will be refunded or adjusted against a future visit, as you prefer.
7. Packages
Multi-session packages, such as laser hair reduction courses, are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase. Unused sessions are not normally refundable, but if a medical reason prevents you from continuing, please talk to us and we will look at a fair solution.
