1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website and studio services of Bombay Beauty & Tattoo (bombaybeautytattoo.in), located in Shajapur, Madhya Pradesh, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.
2. Studio Services & Appointments
All service appointments for haircuts, bridal packages, clinical HydraFacial treatments, laser procedures, and custom tattoos are subject to stylist and artist availability. While we make every effort to honor schedule times, unforeseen delays may occur due to the intricate artistic nature of custom tattooing and styling.
3. Tattoo & Piercing Age & Health Requirements
Clients seeking permanent tattoos or body piercings must be at least 18 years of age (or accompanied by a parent/legal guardian with valid government ID). Clients are required to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or blood-thinning medications before starting a procedure.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All original tattoo artwork, flash designs, photographs of salon transformations, branding assets, logos, and website code are the exclusive intellectual property of Bombay Beauty & Tattoo and Rishi Verma. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial misuse is strictly prohibited.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices shown on this website are starting prices for guidance. The final price depends on hair length and thickness, design size and detail, products used and the time required, and is always confirmed with you before the service begins. Payment is due at the end of each service unless a deposit or package has been agreed. We accept cash, UPI and cards.
6. Health Disclosure and Patch Tests
For your safety, please tell us about any allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy, medicines, recent cosmetic treatments and medical conditions before any chemical, laser, tattoo, piercing or skin service. We may ask for a patch test before hair colour, chemical treatments, lash and brow services or laser, and we may decline or postpone a service if we believe it is not safe for you. Withholding relevant health information may affect your results and your safety.
7. Aftercare
Results from tattoos, piercings, laser, chemical hair treatments and skin treatments depend partly on how you care for them afterwards. We give aftercare instructions for every such service, and our guides explain them in more detail. We cannot be responsible for problems caused by not following aftercare advice.
8. Photographs
We may photograph your hair, makeup or tattoo for our portfolio, website and social media only with your permission. You can ask us not to take photos, or to remove a published photo of you, at any time.
